2025 GELLI PAD PRINTING

This addictive technique of printing patterns or visual texture onto paper and other substrates is a great starting point
for so many other projects. Use prints for gift wrapping, paper or cards or even as a component of other art.
The possibilities are endless. It’s fun to make multiple prints in a zoo of colours then swap and share with friends.

Using home made gel pads and lots of acrylic paint and any paper available. From newspaper to baking paper, rice paper to pre-printed or colour paper . . . whatever.

There is a class set of gel pads and other materials to use and you will be given a recipe to make your own gel pad afterwards at home.

We will experiment with layering with background colours then using stencils plus organic and textured items to
produce patterns then overlaying with stamps or more items to produce more interesting prints.

Even if you have dabbled with gel pad printing before, this session should be a lot of fun as you can never have
enough printed stock to use in other projects.

WHEN: Sunday 12 October 10.00 am to 1.00pm

COST: $10 members, $30 non members

BYO: leaves or flowers to use as texture, plus any surplus paper you may have, plus bring lunch to eat at the end of the session.
